Hi! I’m Bridget Young.
OWNER
After a career in commercial real estate property management, I made a life-changing decision to follow my true passions: my family and my love for flowers.
In 2009, I founded Terrain Services, and since then we’ve grown every year. Today, we design, install, and maintain over 400 commercial planters and thousands of square feet of flower beds across more than 100 properties in the Twin Cities. We enhance outdoor spaces year-round, ensuring they shine in every season.
With a background in real estate and a degree in business administration, I bring a unique perspective and deeply understand the complex planning, maintenance, and budgeting needs of commercial properties. Having been on the other side of the table, I understand how crucial it is to stay within budget while maximizing curb appeal. That’s why we tailor a strategic, customized plan for each property, ensuring it meets your goals while delivering the best results.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
A long-time family friend, I joined the Terrain Services team in 2020 as a part-time seasonal installer.
After spending several years learning the ins and outs of growing, planting, flower selection, and landscape design, I’m thrilled to be more involved in transforming commercial properties and helping our wonderful clients in a deeper, more meaningful way.
With a background in childcare supervision, I’m passionate about teaching and mentoring our crew members (who share my love for nature!), leading successful on-site installations, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and team members alike.
In addition to overseeing scheduled installations and regular site visits, I handle much of the behind-the-scenes work. I coordinate crew and maintenance schedules, prepare property care reports, manage inventory orders, and assist with client communication, addressing any questions or concerns.
