DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
A long-time family friend, I joined the Terrain Services team in 2020 as a part-time seasonal installer.
After a few years of learning the foundations of growing, planting, flower selection and landscape design, I am excited to spend more time making commercial properties beautiful and assisting our amazing clients in a more meaningful way.
With a background in childcare supervision, I’m passionate about teaching and mentoring crew members (who love nature as much as I do!), leading successful on-site installations and creating a positive experience for clients as well as team members!
In addition scheduled installation and regular on-site visits, much of my role is behind the scenes. I coordinate crew and maintenance schedules, create property care reports, track inventory orders and assist with client communications, addressing questions and concerns.
